Our studio was built to provide you with an incredible experience to record, live stream, and film. We offer 4 stages and over 20 customizable looks. We offer a rooftop outdoor studio that provides 180-degree downtown city views. Not only do we manage the project, but we will take care of all the equipment and gear needed for your shoot.

In addition, we have a registration platform and virtual event venue that gives your attendees one place to go for a seamless (well-branded) experience that allows for surveys, downloading materials, selecting sessions, exhibitor and sponsor profile features, and so much more.

Your project will be assigned a project management team. During recurring strategy sessions, your production team will review the production schedule, address questions, build and manage a budget for your event, ensure the event objectives stay in focus, and provide solutions to event challenges.

All About Presentation has an all-in-one solution that manages registration and payment for events, sponsorship integration and provides a HYBRID-READY viewing platform that is only available to registered attendees. Our platform allows for speaker-specific links and downloads of presentations or brochures.

All About Presentation will create a digital floor plan or map for exhibit booths. We will work with each vendor to ensure each exhibitor is comfortable with the platform and uploads proper materials and content to help them put their best foot forward.

A combined effort of the film studio and your production team, our comprehensive streaming services are backed by the world's largest tech companies and come with RTMP integration for visually impactful presentations, custom backgrounds, overlays, and lower third graphics.

To take your streaming to the next level by having virtual and in-person attendees engage with each other in breakout sessions. Consider broadcasting live from our film studio for the best look with a professional camera and sound equipment.

Your project team will recruit, interview, and assess the best speaker candidates and present the best options for final approval. Your speaker captain will contact all of the speakers, panelists, and presenters to obtain headshots, bios, and logos for use in promotional graphics. We will also provide each speaker with a speaker one-pager about the event that gives a background on the event, schedule, theme of the event, and helpful hints for success. In addition, your team will collect handouts and links that the speaker wants participants to have.
All speakers will complete a cue-to-cue rehearsal led by your project team to ensure event success.

AAP will create a sponsorship guide that outlines sponsor benefits of participating in the event, audience, and demographic. The guide will include a combination of sponsor levels and customized options. And we can help solicit sponsors if needed.

The in-house graphic design team will create stunning graphics for your event. We start by creating three base graphics. Then, you will select the one that best fits the look and feel of the event. From there, we offer a design bundle that includes social, sponsor, registration, and virtual platform graphics. We also provide specialty custom design services for digital program books, invitations, and more.

All About Presentation will plan the digital promotion for your event, including social media and newsletter content planning. We can take your promotion to the next level by creating a custom targeted plan to attract attendees and viewers by creating press releases, developing a media/ad communication plan, and completing social media buys and ad placement.

Our volunteer manager will reach out to your list of volunteers and encourage them to sign-up for shifts. In addition, the volunteer manager will write role descriptions, assign roles, lead training sessions for volunteers, and serve as their live stream supervisor.
