Event Producer
Experience Level: 10+ Years Event Experience / 3+ Years Team Management
Producers have the skill and the will to manage a complex project with intricate details, an intermediate to advanced knowledge of event logistics, operations, and planning including an understanding of food and beverage, hotel operations, audiovisual, event design. In addition, producers have an intermediate to advanced understanding of human behavioral elements.
The right candidate has managed at least 100+ events. He or she must be willing to go where the event takes them, manage the complexities of high-end and high-profile clientele.
Director of Operations
Experience Level: 7-10 Years
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our business operations. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven operational excellence and strategic planning track record. This role requires an individual who excels in dynamic environments and is committed to driving excellence across all operational facets, including strategic planning, process optimization, client relations, and team leadership.
Film Director - Creative Lead
Experience Level: 10-15 Years Experience
All About Presentation is seeking a film director and creative team leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, production, and distribution of compelling stories and event-driven communication through film, email, social media, and photography. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the success of our creative projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions that align with our brand vision and objectives, and fostering a collaborative and thriving creative team.
Associate Producer
Experience Level: 5-10 Years Event Experience
As an Associate Producer at our organization, you will find yourself navigating the dynamic intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. Balancing both the artistic and operational elements of event planning, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between vision and realization. We're seeking a professional who has experienced the fast-paced world of events and is eager to take their career to the next level by diving deeper into strategic event solutions and client relationship management.
Event Production Coordinator
Experience Level: 2 - 5 Years
If you are the type of person that makes things happen, in the right place at the right time with the right equipment and materials, and eager to learn more about the event industry, then we have the perfect position for you. While a typical entry-level event manager has less than 3 years of full-time event experience, the right candidate will either have studied and received a certificate or degree in event planning and/or a beginner-level understanding of event terms and operations.
Paid Internships
All About Presentation provides hands-on experience in events, marketing, a/v, and film. Internships are paid and require a year ONE YEAR commitment from September 2023 - April 2024 to college juniors and seniors.
Communications interns will assist with the execution of communication about upcoming events, engaging with fans and clients online, and developing communication strategies. In addition, you will help with the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events when needed.
Event interns will assist with the design, planning, and production of virtual and in-person events. This will include being involved in one or many of the following areas: vendor selection, event design, event management, pre-production and post-production events, and involvement with the onsite execution of events.

EVENT STAFF
All About Presentation is seeking people who want to learn more about the events industry, experience great parties and events, and earn extra income.
The All About Presentation Event Staffer is customer service-minded, team-oriented, and can think quickly on his or her feet while accomplishing a variety of tasks.

The work assignments are extremely varied. One day an event staffer may help set-up for an elaborate event and the next day he or she may be cataloging inventory at our warehouse. All experience levels are encouraged to apply, whether an applicant is pursuing a degree in event planning, hospitality, or an applicant shows enthusiasm for learning more about events. The hours are flexible and the events are fantastic. It’s a lot of fun, but a lot of hard work!

There are two departments for event staff, which are working in-person events and/or virtual events
======FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS======
Duties include:
Load/unload truck
Waitstaff/Service Staff
Registration support
Prepare giveaway bags
Organize and prepare registration
Setting up & installation of decor
General event duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience
18 years and older
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in congested areas
Ability to lift 10-25 lbs
======FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS======
Duties include:
Chat moderation and engagement
Q&A facilitation
Technical assistance
Guest support
Assist with rehearsal
General event duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience
18 years and older
Requirements - Experience with one or more of the following
