CLIENT: Capital Region Workforce Partnership

PROJECT: Teen Summit RVA

OBJECTIVE:
The Teen Summit RVA brought together nearly a 1000 teenagers from four localities for an inspiring and interactive experience. All About Presentation played a pivotal role, spearheading creative and logistical elements.

CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

The AI photo booths provided a personalized experience, letting attendees visualize future careers. This was complemented by over 70 exhibitors, including a NASCAR pace car installation, creating tangible career exploration opportunities. This seamless integration made the vision board activity more impactful, allowing attendees to connect with professionals in their fields of interest. To address the tight schedule and large number of attendees, All About Presentation developed dynamic digital signage, reducing reliance on printed materials.
