Your event will be guided by an experienced Event Director & Production Team, ensuring everything stays on schedule, on budget, and within scope. Through 6 strategy sessions, we will:
◾ Develop a detailed project timeline with roles, responsibilities & deliverables
◾ Provide online access to files & planning documents
◾ Create a minute-to-minute run of show for seamless execution
◾ Deliver an after-action report with event analytics & key insights
✔️ Venue Logistics
We ensure your venue setup is optimized for flow, comfort, and efficiency. Our team will:
◾ Develop floorplans, seating charts, and table arrangements
◾ Coordinate setup & breakdown schedules for a smooth event launch
◾ Arrange VIP, speaker, and guest seating assignments
◾ Handle logistics for media, social media, and press presence

We select, negotiate, and manage the two key vendors to keep your event within budget. Included vendors:
