We offer a virtual studio recording option for pre-recorded content for events, such as workshops, training sessions, keynote speeches. In addition, we can send a professional camera operator (local to your area) to capture footage for your film project.

How the Process Works

  • Pre-Production

    All About Presentation will help write your storyboard, scripting, schedule all of your talent (speakers) and productions crews, and have regular planning meetings when appropriate. In addition, we will help you scout locations or create a studio look for your shoot. Our scheduler will connect with the talent, request information for hair and make-up (included in the pricing), and provide parking information and shoot reminders.

  • Production

    On filming day, the talent is greeted by the talent manager and taken to hair and make-up. After that, the talent will be escorted to the studio set (or filming location) for a pre-recording rehearsal with the director and production crew. A teleprompter is always on-hand, so memorization of the script is NOT required.

    IN STUDIO We offer premium coffee, cappuccino, lattes, a variety of tea selections, and high-quality water and snacks. Plus, we stock upscale personal care items so that talent will look and feel their best on camera.

    ON LOCATION We stock upscale personal care items so that talent will look and feel their best on camera. And, when possible, we provide craft services, including premium water and snacks.

    All About Presentation provides craft services for long shoots (multiple hours or days).

  • Post Production

    After the shoot, the editing process begins, which includes:

    Sound design, editing, color grading and graphics

    Adding appropriate lower third graphics

    Music (where appropriate)

    Adding an intro and outro image or video

    Removing long pauses, awkward silences, and technical glitches for a smooth playback

    B-roll & images to supplement the video

Pricing

Pricing is determined by the number of talent, length of the finished video, turn-around time, and the total number of segments.
